Appointment Cancelling
To cancel an appointment, go to your profile under the members tab. If you do not receive a full refund through Wix, read our policies to understand why. You can also contact us below about not being able to cancel appointments. Forget your login? Fill out this form below and we will cancel the appointment for you. After this process, you should receive a full refund (if paid online).
Service Days and Schedule
Mon-Fri: No appointments earlier than 9AM. No appointments later than 6PM. If your appointment is near the cut off time, it will need to be rescheduled. If the appointment is near finish and cut off time, the appointment will be completed.

Sat: No appointments earlier than 10AM. No appointments later than 3PM. If your appointment is near the cut off time, it will need to be rescheduled. If the appointment is near finish and cut off time, the appointment will be completed.

Sun: No appointments allowed.
